Electronic Application and Admission Project and Admission 2012/2013 Update #3

We are pleased to report to you that there are two new screens available to assist you with your admission processing — the Grad Applications Selection screen and the Grad Application GP screen.

A HELP feature for both screens is located on the red BrockDB banner at the top of each page. These new screens will give you the opportunity to work with the first phase of an electronic admission process.

• Grad Applications Selection screen:

This is found under GradAdmission/GradAppAnalysis menu items. This screen allows you to access all the student applications either with a decision or no decision for specific entry points.

This is meant to be the main screen to assist you with the review and decision-making process. This page allows selection of applications, filtered by various criteria and displays a few essential pieces of data that will allow you to determine "Who should I process next?"

This page is not meant to provide a comprehensive set of application data - there are other pages that should be used for that purpose.

• Grad Application GP screen

This is to provide you with the application details, document status, and comments made by FGS. This screen is available under GradAdmission/GradApplication menu items.

You can easily navigate back and forth between these two pages without going through the menu.

To further assist you, we are holding an information workshop to walk through the features of the screens and to answer questions. For your convenience, you have the choice of attending either a morning or afternoon session on DATE. We encourage you to attend one of the sessions to become familiar with this initial stage of an electronic admission.
