Funding Cheque for Spring 2012 Term

Graduate Program Directors:

FYI....The following email has been sent to all full-time funded graduate students.

Dear Graduate Student,

If you are a graduate student in a funded program and are within your funded period, you must be registered http://www.brocku.ca/graduate-studies/current-students/Registration by Friday, April 20, 2012 in order to ensure that you receive your Spring 2012 funding cheque by the beginning of the Spring term. Any registrations as of Saturday, April 21, 2012 will be processed on a weekly basis and expect to receive your funding cheque after the first week of classes.

Please do not go to the Finance Office until you receive an email notification from them confirming that your cheque is ready for pick up. Although your student account will show "Our cheque to you", this does not indicate that the cheque is ready.

You may view your funding package through your my.brocku.ca portal under the menu item 'GraduateStudentFunding' (GradStuFund). If a Spring 2012 funding item is not posted, please contact me as soon as possible, to ensure your funding item is posted to your account by April 20. If a Spring 2012 research fellowship funding item is not posted, please contact your program to ensure your research fellowship funding is posted by April 20.

The 2011/2012 tuition and ancillary fees are posted on the Finance Office website http://www.brocku.ca/finance/students/graduate.
